Sultan ul faqr IV
Sultan ul Faqr 4th - Shaikh Sayyid Abdul Razzaq Jilani
Son of Ghaus e Azam - Tajuddin (Crown of Religion)
Sultan ul Faqr 4th Shaikh Sayyid Abdul Razzaq Jilani was the son of al-Ghawth al-Azam Shaikh Abdul Qadir Jilani. He inherited Faqr from his father through blood relation as well as earned it through his dedication and hard work. Shaikh Abdul Qadir Jilani transferred his entire spiritual knowledge and powers to Sultan ul Faqr 4th. Hence, he was the mirror image of his Ghaus e Azam.
Shaikh Abdul Qadir Jilani not only brought him up as a father but also trained him spiritually as a spiritual guide. Thus, He directly benefited from Abdul Qadir Jilani who is king of all Saints and ocean of Divine knowledge.

He was born in 528 Hijri (1133 AD) in Baghdad. From his early childhood, he was immersed in the spiritual environment of his father, Ghaus e Azam, receiving both worldly and spiritual education directly from him.
Being a great jurist and scholar of Hadith, Sultan ul Faqr 4th received the title of Tajuddin, meaning 'the crown of religion'. This title reflects his comprehensive mastery of both exoteric and esoteric knowledge.
Humility, endurance, morality, modesty and dignity were some of his prominent attributes. Sultan ul Faqr 4th Shaikh Sayyid Abdul Razzaq Jilani was known for his piety, virtuosity, abstinence and mysticism.
He was always focused upon the hereafter. He learned Hadith from many scholars and many people learned Hadith from him, making him a pivotal figure in the transmission of Islamic knowledge.
INTENSITY OF DIVINE LOVE
Bahjat-ul-Asrar is a famous biography of Shaikh Abdul Qadir Jilani. A tradition of Abu Zur'ah al-Dari is related in it about great love of Sultan ul Faqr 4th Shaikh Sayyid Abdul Razzaq Jilani with Allah and his grand status of Divine propinquity.
Afterwards, Abu Zur'ah asked Sultan ul Faqr 4th about the incident. He explained that when he gazed at the sky, he saw celestial people in the air whose cloaks and turbans were blazing with extreme fire of Divine passion, and they were circling and dancing in air with voices thundering due to the ache of Divine love. On seeing them, he felt the same intense passion.
There is a contradiction about the date of death of Sultan ul Faqr 4th Shaikh Sayyid Abdul Razzaq Jilani. Some have written Shawal 603 Hijri and some say that it is Rabi al-awwal 571 Hijri. His tomb is besides the tomb of Ahmad ibn Hanbal near Baab-e-Haram in Baghdad. Both these tombs have become extinct due to the flow of river Tigris.
